Any information on a possible crime can be reported here, including crimes witnessed, minor crimes or any criminal activity you may notice. Just leave blank any items which do not apply to the specific incident.
Note that this is not for emergencies and does not replace the requirement or absolve you of any responsibility to report a crime direct to the SAPS or Metro Police. But please do report any incidents that you may believe are crime- or community safety-related. The CPF will use this to determine whether action is required in certain areas and will pass the necessary information on to the relevant authorities.
Also note that this report does not replace the mandatory requirement of reporting road accidents.
